Crown Hill Reno

Location: Seattle, WA

We look back fondly on this project as it was a studs-out renovation of a small 980 sf rambler in Crown Hill. Every finish was meticulously chosen to make the space to feel larger and with budget and function in mind. We also did a significant amount of spatial planning here — strategically removing walls to maximize the footprint of the home.
