Allison is a Seattle native with a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, and culture of the Pacific Northwest. In 2010, she began her career in staging, and quickly expanded her services by opening an Interior Design firm. The firm was later awarded "Emerging Designer of the Year" at the 2015 Seattle Design Awards.

Since 2010, Allison has worked closely with a wide network of developers, builders, and homeowners to further nurture her deep understanding of design concepts and value-add opportunities within real estate.

Allison is passionate about helping everyday people realize wealth through real estate; whether through purchasing a forever home or pursuing a more traditional investment strategy. She leverages her design experience and connections within the development space to help her clients find incredible deals, renovate with an eye towards profit, and maximize their return on investment.
